You’re Gonna Make It
You’re Gonna Make It
Romans 8:1 (NKJV): “There is therefore now ‘no condemnation’ to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.”
Condemnation = Damnatory Sentence. Some People Don’t Want Friends, They Want Hostages
Some People Don’t Want Peace or Progress, They Want Prisoners. You need to make up your mind today you’re going to be free no matter what. Stop worrying about what others think when it is contrary to what God thinks.
Romans 8:28 (NKJV): “And ‘we know’ that ‘all things’ work together ‘for good’ to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” “We Know” = eido (Grk) is in the perfect tense = absolute, positive knowledge which one has beyond doubt. Charles Spurgeon used to say, “I do not need anyone to tell me how honey tastes; I know.” Eido is “knowing” and it’s not just from “reading” but “experiencing.”
“All Things” = Everything that has happened, currently happening or will happen in the future—Get used to all things happening. Far too many people are hung up on the fact that because of their past they might have a tainted future. First of All, there isn’t a bridge that’s burned down that the Lord cannot rebuild. There isn’t a situation that the Lord cannot turnaround. And, there isn’t a past that God cannot use.
Remember: “All Things” Are Possible To Him Who Believes!!! Matthew 19:26: With man it might be impossible—But To Him Who Believes It Becomes HIMpossible.” ”Works Together” for good (best) “for those who love God.” Everything that happens in life, everything, without exception, God works together for the best For Those Who Love Him. It couldn’t be written more clearly, but for some reason so many fail to see it or fail to believe it.
God Doesn’t Show Up After “All Things,” – “Know” He’s Before “All Things.” Colossians 1:17 (KJV): “And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.” God isn’t just at the end of your “all things” so you look back and say, “God delivered.” We Can See God at work in the Beginning, during and at the end of our All Things… Jeremiah 29:13 (NLT): “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.”
God Works “All Things” Together For Good But Not “All Things” Working Together Seem Good. He Is The Lord in Your “Blessing” and He Is Lord In Your “Battling.” Joseph: God showed him the Vision, But Didn’t Show Him The Vehicle.
Remember: You Won’t Always Understand What He’s Doing—But It’s For Our Good. Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT): “‘My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,’ says the Lord. ‘And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.’”
In Closing, Romans 8:37 (NKJV): “Yet in all these things we are “more than conquerors” through Him who loved us.”
