There’s A Shifting

There has been a shift in the supernatural Towards The Church, Towards You.

God is Changing Everything. Let  All Things Be New For You Today.

“Behold, the former things have come to pass, now  I declare new things; before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.” (Isaiah 42:9 NASB 1995).

“Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19 NASB 1995). “And you, will you not declare it?  I proclaim to you new things from this time, even hidden things which you have not known.” (Isaiah 48:6 NASB 1995).

There is something powerful that is taking place, God always reveals what’s to come.

Esther 9:1 (NKJV): “Now in the twelfth month, that is, the month of Adar, on the thirteenth day, the time came for the king’s command and his decree to be executed. On the day that the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them, the opposite occurred, in that the Jews themselves overpowered those who hated them.”

Acts 3:17-20 (NLT): “Friends, I realize that what you and your leaders did to Jesus was done in ignorance. But God was fulfilling what all the prophets had foretold about the Messiah—that he must suffer these things. Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away. Then times of refreshment‘ will come from the presence of the Lord, and he will again send you Jesus, your appointed Messiah.”

Refreshing (Webster’s): Invigorating, Revitalizing, Reviving, Restoring, Bracing, Fortifying, Enlivening, Stimulating, Energizing.

2 Part Qualification For Refreshment:

Part 1 = Repent of Your Sins: to think differently, to reconsider (morally, to feel compunction):  to change one’s mind.

This is why the Apostle Paul writes in Romans 12:1-2 (NIV): “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is —his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Part 2 = Turn To God: to revert (literally, figuratively or morally): (re-)turn.

Its one thing to change your Mind, its another thing to change your Direction.

Its one thing to believe in God; its another thing to trust Him wholeheartedly.

Religion Is not a Substitute for Repentance!!!!!!

Nicodemus Had This Very Problem: John 3:1-5 (NLT): “There was a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish religious leader who was a Pharisee. After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. ‘Rabbi,’ he said, ‘we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you.’ 3 Jesus replied, ‘I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.’ ‘What do you mean?’ exclaimed Nicodemus. ‘How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?’ 5 Jesus replied, ‘I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.’”

Then Times of Refreshing Will Come From the Lord

Spend Time With The Lord, Psalm 23:1-4 (NIV): “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

Read The Word = Psalm 19:7 (NIV): “The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.”

Gather With Other Believers, Romans 15:31-33 (NIV): “Pray that I may be kept safe from the unbelievers in Judea and that the contribution I take to Jerusalem may be favorably received by the Lord’s people there, so that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed. The God of peace be with you all. Amen.”

Pour Out What’s Been Poured In, Proverbs 11:25 (NIV): “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
