This Is A Supernatural Month of Accomplishment and Rest. Lord, finish what couldn’t be finished, 

Close what couldn’t be closed, Sell what couldn’t be sold. Remove every barrier to advancement. Destroy every weapon and enemy who’s against us.

James 1:16-17 (NKJV): “Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” 

The Perfect Gift

If It Comes From God It Will Come With Glory! The Christmas Gift That Blessed My Daughter with Tears—Illustration. James 1:12 (NKJV): “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” Blessed = Makarios—Blessed, Happy. This is the same word Jesus used in Matthew 5 on The Beatitudes; James adds a new one. Approved = Dokimos—->Metal Coins That Were Approved, Not Counterfeited.         

The Blessing of God Often Comes With A Testing of God

Read James 1:12-18 (NKJV): “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, ‘I am tempted by God’; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 

15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.” 

The Word of God Is A Gift From God

A Gift With Love, 1 John 4:19 (NKJV): “We love Him because He first loved us.”   

A Gift With Life, Acts 17:28 (NKJV): “for in Him we live and move and have our being.” 

A Gift With Light, John 1:4 (NKJV): “In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” 

In Closing: A Gift With Legacy, James 1:18 (NKJV): “Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.”
