Victory Belongs To Us!

1 John 5:1-4 (NKJV): “Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God over-comes the world—our faith.” John 1:12 (NLT): “But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.” With that right comes Rights. John 16:33 (NLT): “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

Why is it that some people operate better than others in the Kingdom? It is the Mindset!! Victory is a mindset, just like defeat is. Pro athletes don’t train to lose, they train to win. Whatever You’re Believing For, Is What You’re Headed Towards. Proverbs 23:7 (NASB1995): “For as he thinks within himself, so he is.”

Don’t think about how you can’t, Think about how you Can.

Don’t think about what you don’t have, think about what you Do.

Don’t think about who’s against you—GOD IS FOR US!

Don’t Think On Your Struggles, Think About Your Victory!

1 John 5:4 (NLT): “For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.” Faith = “Pistis” (Greek). Complete Moral Confidence, Assurance.

James 1:7-8 speaks of wavering faith and suggests we shouldn’t expect anything from God. Jude 20-21 (NLT): But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.”

5 WEAPONS THAT WILL HELP BUILD YOUR FAITH AND ENSURE YOUR VICTORY!

2 Corinthians 10:3-4 (NKJV): For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds…”

THE WORD OF GOD, Luke 1:37 (NLT): “For the word of God will never fail.” The Word of God Carries Power. God’s Word Contains Power to Accomplish its Purpose – God’s Word Will Never Come Back Void. Isaiah 55:11 (NLT): “It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.” An Old Testament example is the Creation account. When God said, “Let there be light,” He didn’t then flex His creative muscle to bring light about; the light came about because His Word was spoken for it to come forth. Kingdom Key: Recognizes that the Word of God has within it all the power it needs to bring about the fulfillment of what it is released to do. The Word Is a Weapon – Ephesians 6, The Word Is a Lamp Psalm 119:105 (NASB1995): “Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” The Word is God – Before Christ Came to Earth – He Was The Word – Now He Is the Word – John 1:14 (KJV): “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)

full of grace and truth.” The Word Is God’s Voice, 2 Tim 3:16: “All Scripture is inspired by God and is

useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.” – Breath of God

Our responsibility is to stand in faith before the Lord and to utilize His Word.

THE BLOOD OF JESUS, Revelation 12:11 “And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.” Colossians 2:13-15 (NLT) “You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.”

Hell cannot withstand confrontation with the Blood of the Jesus.

An Old Testament example is the Passover in Egypt. The angel of death could not cross the blood line.

Where the blood was applied, there was a securing of the promised life of the living God.

The Blood makes a statement and holds it before our adversary; making claim to the fact that there is no territory that he can hold any longer because it’s been purchased by the Blood of Jesus.

THE NAME OF JESUS, Colossians 3:17 (NLT): “And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.” John 14:13, 14 (NLT): “You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!” Jesus gives us privilege of access and authority by the use of

His Name. The Name isn’t just a tag line at the end of a prayer. We are invoking “Spiritual Authority” into the situation. There is no higher name – No Greater Authority.

THE RELEASE OF THE SPIRIT, John 7:37-39:  Rivers of Living Water Will Flow From Us. Ephesians 5:17-20 (NLT): “Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

The full and steady flow of the Holy Spirit is the guarantee of power.

PRAISE AND PRAYER, Acts 16:25, 26 (NLT): “Around midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening. Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!” Psalm 100:4 (KJV): “Enter His Courts With Praise.” – Access!

The dynamic of praise has great capacity for breakthrough.
