Treasure On The Inside
Treasure On The Inside
If you were to ask a Christian or a typical church goer what Faith Is, You would hear things like:
A Confidence, An Assurance, A Trust, A Belief — A Substance. These are all true but “Faith” is simply “More Than A Word Can Convey.” According to the Psalmist there is a “Spirit of Faith.” The Spirit of Faith Produces the Substance of Faith.
2 Corinthians 4:7-9 (NKJV): “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed…”
2 Corinthians 4:13-18 (NKJV): “And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ‘I believed and therefore I spoke,’ we also believe and therefore speak, knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you. For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God. Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
Faith Has a Very Important Role in the Life of the Believer.
Faith: Is a very important function of the The Holy Spirit through the Believer
Calls things even though they are not as though they are
Has the ability to tell a Mountain to throw itself into the Sea
Faith Is Also: Important in giving, in receiving and in believing. It is impossible to please the Lord without it!
The Spirit of God Is For The Children of God. The Spirit of Faith Gives Us The Ability To “See” Supernaturally. Seeing is Believing and Believing is Seeing. It is the eyes of the Spirit In the hearts of believers. Ephesians 1:17-19 (NIV): “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe…” There is an Inheritance “In Us” and Power “For Us.”
Mark 9:23 (NKJV): “If You Can Believe, All Things Are Possible.”
The Spirit Gives Us The Ability To “Speak” Supernaturally. Mark 11:20-24 (NJKV): Lessons From The Fig Tree: “Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter, remembering, said to Him, ‘Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.’ So Jesus answered and said to them, ‘Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.’”
Smith Wigglesworth said “The Whosever Can Do The Whatsoever.”
Kenneth Hagin: When He Was Praying the Lord showed him to speak over his kids
Mark 11:23 (NKJV): “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” It Mentions Believing 1x and Saying 3x.
If you’re not happy with what you have you might want to look into what you have been saying not just believing.
The Spirit Of Faith Puts The Word of God in your Mouth. Jeremiah 1:9 (NKJV): “…Behold, I put my words in your mouth.” Romans 10:8 (NKJV): “…The Word is near you, it’s in your mouth and in your heart.”
In Closing, The Spirit of Faith Empowers Us To “Step Out” Supernaturally.
