The first impressions team is a Sunday morning team specializing in ensuring that our spaces are in tip-top shape. Duties include walking the spaces to check for cleanliness and curb appeal.

The Guest Relations team is the front line of our ministry, making sure that our guests feel seen, loved, and cared for from the moment they step onto the property. Our main job is to show people the love of Jesus and help them get to their Next Step in Christ. Serving positions include Greeters, Hosts, Connection Attendants and our Next Steps Team.

The Parking Lot Team is the first team you’ll see when you come onto the property. They ensure that every guest has a space and they do it with a big smile and welcoming attitude.

The Ushers support every service at Crossroads in 3 ways–assisting guests, collecting the offering, and supporting security. Plus, they are always dressed super sharp.

The Security team is committed to making sure that every space in Crossroads is safe for you and your family. If you’re diligent, observant, and assertive, this team is for you.

Where the power of God is moving, you’ll find the cloth team. This team is responsible for caring for those who are having an encounter with the Holy Ghost, ensuring that they can focus solely on Jesus without worrying about clothing malfunctions.

Outreach is the boots on the ground team, going into all the world to reach the lost. From Nursing Home outreaches to large stadium crusades, Outreach is all about saving souls and bringing them into the Kingdom. 

The Worship Team is our music ministers here at Crossroads, helping to usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit and filling the sanctuary with the power of God. We are always looking for skilled musicians and singers to join the team. Positions include the Band, Lead Vocalists, Backup Vocalists, and the Choir.

From managing broadcasting to making sure that the worship experience is flawless, the Media team works quietly to ensure that our services run with excellence so that guests can experience God’s love and power. Serving positions include but aren’t limited to-Camera Operator, Photographer, Propresenter Tech, Lighting Tech, Video Switcher and more.

Our Children’s Ministry Team is committed to giving our kids the opportunity to experience the love and power of Jesus right now. We lay the foundation in our kids for knowing Jesus, loving His Word, and worshipping the King. This team has opportunities to serve our babies, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary, and preteens in the classrooms and in check-in.

The Youth Ministry team pours into the up and coming generation of middle and high school students. Once a month, a special service is held where students can connect, get breakthroughs, and get equipped to reach their generation with the gospel.

Connect Group Leaders are gatherers, hosts, and teachers who have a heart to reach people and create spaces for fellowship and growth. They run Connect Groups seasonally. Groups are the backbone of the ministry, allowing people to CONNECT and grow intentionally.

Hospitality is all about creating an atmosphere of welcome and warmth for those we are serving. From covering the lunches at our Next Steps luncheons to delivering beautifully curated charcuterie at our Women’s Events, the hospitality team is all about putting that special touch to everything we do.

The cleaning team serves the body by ensuring that God’s house is clean and in order to receive every guest that comes here. This team serves during the week to prepare the building for services and events.
