Psalm 92:12-15 (NKJV): “The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, To declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.”

Righteousness has great value and those who eat of it’s fruit shall flourish.

Righteous (Sadiya): To Be Just; Right Standing with God. Sin Separates Us from God, Righteousness Connects Us

Righteousness Happens By Grace Through Faith

Romans 4:3 (NKJV): “For what does the Scripture say? ‘Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.'”  Galatians 3:5-9 (NKJV). Ephesians 2:8-9 (NKJV): “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

Righteousness Requires Faith

Faith: Believes That God Can and Will Fulfill His Word. Faith Is The Most Powerful and Precious Substance On Earth. Did You Know That Righteousness Comes With Justification?

Justification: The doctrine of justification is an account of how God removes the guilt of the sinner and receives him or her back to communion with God. A lot of folks today have been forgiven but still feel guilty; Why? Righteousness is completed through Justification. Justification = Just As If It Never Happened. Hebrews 6:9-12 (NKJV): “But, beloved, we are confident of better things concerning you, yes, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner. For God is not unjust to forget your work and [a] labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become [b] sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”

The Righteous Shall Be Firmly Planted (In the House of the Lord)

Psalm 92:13 (NKJV): “Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God.” In order to be planted you must have roots in the ground. You have to make up your mind: are you a tumble weed or a flourishing palm? When you drop root is when you will start bearing fruit.

2 Kings 19:30 (ESV):“The surviving remnant of the house of Judah will again take root downward and bear fruit upward.”

The Righteous Shall Be Fresh and  Flourishing (In Every Realm of Life)

Psalm 92:14 (NKJV): “They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing.”

Flourishing = ra‘ănân, To grow luxuriantly; to increase and enlarge, as a healthy growing plant; to thrive. To be prosperous; to increase in wealth, honor, comfort, happiness, or whatever is desirable; to thrive; to be prominent and influential; specifically, of authors, painters, etc., to be in a state of activity or production. Isaiah 17:11 (KJV): “In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.”

The Righteous Shall Declare The Works of the Lord (In the Land of the Living).Psalm 92:14-15 (NKJV): “They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, To declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.” Psalm 118:17 (NKJV): “I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD.”
