As we celebrate the holiday season, many in our local nursing homes face these days in quiet loneliness. This year, we have the opportunity to be a living expression of God’s love to them. Join us as we spend time with the residents in worship, lifting songs of hope and peace. We’ll share ceramic painting together—simple, joyful moments that remind each person they are seen and valued. We will also offer prayer and encouragement, speaking life and comfort to hearts that may feel forgotten. Jesus said, “When you did it to the least of these, you did it to Me.” (Matthew 25:40) When we show up, we remind someone they are not alone. We bring warmth into loneliness. We bring love where it is needed most. You can make someone’s holiday season brighter—simply by being there.
