Wholly Living

We Are Gifted

I am so thankful you decided to join us today—–Online Shout Out! May the Lord bless you richly as you seek and serve him. This is a new month—–>The ninth month—–> A September to Remember. Today a New Series Begins: “Wholly Living.” Wholly = Entirely; Fully

Ephesians 4:11-13 (NLT): “Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard  of Christ.” Say, “I’m About to Level Up!”

The Gifts of God Are For The Children of God. They Are to Equip and Build the Body of Christ. This System and Structure Will Continue Until…

Until We Are Unified—Unity In Our Faith and Knowledge of God’s Son. 1 Cor 1:10 (NLT): “I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose.” Philippians 2:2-5 (NLT): “Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.” John 17:21 (NLT): “I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.”

Until We Are Mature—Mature In The Lord. Colossians 2:6-7 (NLT): “And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” Romans 12:2 (NLT): “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Until We Are Full—Measuring Up To The Full and Complete Standard of Christ.

Colossians 2:8-10 (NLT): “Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.”
