Imparted

Dearly, Imparted

1 Corinthians 12:27-31 (NLT): “All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it. Here are some of the parts God has appointed for the church: first are apostles, second are prophets, third are teachers, then those who do miracles, those who have the gift of healing, those who can help others, those who have the gift of leadership, those who speak in unknown languages. Are we all apostles? Are we all prophets? Are we all teachers? Do we all have the power to do miracles?  Do we all have the gift of healing? Do we all have the ability to speak in unknown languages? Do we all have the ability to interpret unknown languages? Of course not! So you should earnestly desire the most helpful gifts.”

The Greatest Ability Needed in Most Churches Today: Is Availability.  “God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.” Everybody is somebody to God. You are unique, You are important and You Are Needed. Everybody has a part to play in the Kingdom. Not sure what kind of Church you were involved in before. But at This Church, Every Partner is a Participator. Every Member is a Minister.

3 Major Foundational Parts of the Body of Christ (The Church) – 5 Fold Ministry

The Apostle: Delegate, Sent One, Messenger – Carries Power of Attorney

The Prophet: Spokesperson for God; OT = Samuel; NT = Agabus (Acts 11)

The Teacher: Master, Doctor; Not just a Teacher, but a Master Teacher

Ephesians 2:19-22 (NLT): “So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. Together, we are his  Imparted, Dearly Imparted, house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord. Through him you Gentiles are also being made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit.”

There are Doers In Every Church/Those Who Do!! Those Who Do Miracles, 1 Corinthians 12:28. Doer: A person who does something. James 1:22 (NLT): “But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.”

There Are Givers In Every Church/Those Who Have!! Those Who Have the Gifts of Healing and Leadership, 1 Corinthians 12:28 (NLT). Giver: A person who gives something. Luke 6:38 (NKJV): “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

You Can’t Give What You Don’t Have. But Give What You Have and You Will Have What You Give.

There Are Helpers In Every Church/Those Who Can!! Those Who Can Help Others, 1 Cor 12:28 (NLT). Helper: A person who helps others. Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV): “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

There Are Voices In Every Church/Those Who Speak!! Those Who Speak In Unknown Languages,

1 Corinthians 12:28 (NLT). Voice: a sound produced when someone speaks; a particular opinion or attitude expressed. John 10:22-30 (NLT): “It was now winter, and Jesus was in Jerusalem at the time of Hanukkah, the Festival of Dedication. 23 He was in the Temple, walking through the section known as

Solomon’s Colonnade. The people surrounded him and asked, ‘How long are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly.’

25 “Jesus replied, ‘I have already told you, and you don’t believe me. The proof is the work I do in my Father’s name. But you don’t believe me because you are not my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me, 29for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s hand. 30 The Father and I are one.’”
